1:1 EFT tapping and pattern work for founders, executives and high-achieving leaders
You set out to build this business, this life. But you find yourself stopping, obstacle after obstacle. Some of those obstacles are external: the market, the timing, the team. And some are internal: the pause before you publish, pitch, raise your hand or decide.
The internal ones are usually patterns. And patterns can be interrupted.
Think of any task as a mountain. If the water is your baseline, starting should be simple: you just start climbing and taking action.
The reality is different. When there’s resistance, you’re expending so much energy underneath the surface, like an iceberg. By the time you get to ground level, you’re already exhausted, because you’ve been mentally spending all that energy instead of spending it taking action.
The work is clearing what’s under the surface, so your energy goes into the climb.

the resistance underneath
Most high achievers I work with do not have a knowledge problem. They have a pattern problem: resistance, fear and perfectionism running on autopilot. These are some of the most common patterns I see, and they are limiting blocks, not personal failings.
Click the one that sounds like the voice in your head.
“I’ll post it when it’s ready. It is never ready.”
“If people really see me, they’ll judge me.”
“Being visible means being vulnerable.”
“If I say what I really think, I’ll lose them.”
“Better to stay small than to be judged.”
We explore where the fear of being seen may have started, tap while naming the exact thoughts, and practice being visible from a steadier place. The aim is that sharing your work starts to feel like an ordinary action rather than an act of courage.
“If I don’t go all in, I can’t fully fail.”
“What if I try my best and it isn’t enough?”
“Keep every option open. Committing means you can lose.”
“If I fail, it proves I was never cut out for this.”
“Safer not to try at full speed.”
Fear of failure usually protects an old conclusion about what failing would mean about you. We surface that conclusion and work through the emotion around it, so a setback can start to read as information rather than a verdict.
“One more revision.”
“It’s not ready yet.”
“If it isn’t flawless, it reflects badly on me.”
“A mistake is permanent. Everyone will see it.”
“If I let this out imperfect, they’ll know I’m not good enough.”
Perfectionism is armor, not standards. We explore what the armor may be protecting you from and work through the fear underneath it, keeping the high bar while dropping the stall. The aim is that done starts to feel safe.
“There is too much. I can’t start.”
“Everything is urgent.”
“I’ll get to it when things calm down.”
“If I stop moving, everything collapses.”
“I can’t drop a single ball.”
Overwhelm is often several unnamed fears stacked on top of each other. We slow the moment down, separate the pile into its actual parts, and let the next real step become visible again.
“Who am I to do this?”
“Everyone else seems to have it figured out.”
“Last time was luck.”
“Someone else would do this better.”
“My instincts can’t be trusted.”
We trace the doubt back to where it may have started, work through the emotion still attached to it, and rebuild self-trust from your actual track record.
“I know exactly what to do. I’m just not doing it.”
“I’ll start tomorrow.”
“Every time I sit down to do it, something else becomes urgent.”
“The harder I push, the heavier it gets.”
“Something in me doesn’t want this, and I don’t know why.”
Resistance is information: the task you are avoiding is often tied to something that feels unsafe. We explore what the avoidance may be protecting and work through it, so the work itself can become neutral ground again.
“I have to earn my place, every single day.”
“If I stop achieving, I’ll be found out.”
“Rest is laziness.”
“One more win, then I can relax.”
“Their approval decides how I feel today.”
Self-worth patterns often sit underneath the ones you can name, including money. We surface the belief about what you’re worth and where it may have come from, and work through it, so your sense of worth stops depending on the next outcome.
“I take care of everyone else first.”
“I would never talk to a friend the way I talk to myself.”
“Wanting something for myself is selfish.”
“I’ll celebrate when there’s something worth celebrating.”
“If I let up on myself, everything falls apart.”
We explore where the inner critic learned its job, work through the feeling underneath it, and practice treating yourself like someone you’re responsible for.
“There’s never quite enough.”
“If I charge more, people will leave.”
“Wanting more says something bad about me.”
“If I look at the numbers, I’ll panic.”
“It could all disappear.”
Money is often the pattern people name first, and it’s real. It’s also often the surface of something deeper. We work on the money story directly, and on whatever sits underneath it.
“I’m one meeting away from being exposed.”
“Everyone here belongs except me.”
“I got lucky. That’s all it was.”
“If they knew how much I wing it…”
“One more credential, then I’ll be legitimate.”
We trace the fraud feeling to the belief it may be protecting, work through the emotion still attached to it, and let your actual track record count as evidence.
My working lens: tactics and discipline can change habits. But deeper patterns run on their own loop, and information, tools and willpower alone don’t clear them. That’s the work I do.
One approach, a clear arc. No two people do this work the same way, but the shape of the work is consistent:
We get precise about what’s actually in the way: not the surface symptom, the pattern underneath it. People often come to me believing the thing holding them back is money mindset, because everything seems to come down to money. Money is often one of the patterns, but underneath it usually sit deeper patterns, around self-worth and other beliefs. Through our conversations, we surface the pattern that’s actually running things.
Using EFT tapping and reflective practices, we work with the pattern directly, at the level it actually sits. Before we release it, we acknowledge the negative statements first, which is very uncommon. We bring those negative statements up and slowly work through them, and only then do we replace them with the positive. We don’t just go into affirmations.
We build new ways of operating, so the shift shows up in your decisions, your work and your leadership. The pattern interrupted once becomes a pattern you can interrupt yourself.
“Once a pattern is broken, it’s broken for good.”
The tools inside the approach: EFT tapping, meditation, Reiki, and parts work, chosen for you, not by you. You don’t need to pick a modality, or believe anything in particular, before we talk. We start with what’s in your way.
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. It’s a somatic, body-based practice: you tap specific acupressure points, at meridian endpoints on the face, chest and hands, with your fingertips. Think acupuncture, without the needles. The sequence moves point by point: side of the hand, eyebrow, side of the eye, under the eye, under the nose, chin, collarbone, under the arm, top of the head. While you tap, you name out loud the exact thought or feeling you’re working on. You move at your own pace, guided the whole way, and you can use the same sequence on your own between sessions.
How it works: the full explainer
theAish is a coaching practice. EFT tapping here is offered as personal development work. It is not therapy, medical advice or mental health treatment, and nothing on this page is a medical or scientific claim of treatment or cure.
Sessions are 80 minutes, one-on-one, over video. You come in with one pattern you are ready to break, a block you are ready to release, or a specific fear you want to move on from.
First we identify the root of the limiting belief or block. Then the session is built around you: tapping through the thoughts and feelings as they come up, then integrating what shifted. The session is recorded, so you can revisit it whenever you need it.
It is an active session. Have your video on, and be somewhere comfortable and private where you can speak openly.

In their own words (excerpts):
“I had never done anything like EFT before and Aishwarya was amazing as she navigated and pinpointed the issues I brought up, going much deeper than I was able to on my own right to the root of the problem, and EFT absolutely had an impact. … I highly recommend trying EFT with Aishwarya whether you are skeptical or not! She is very talented and it works!”
— Sydney Arenas
“I highly recommend working with Aishwarya. We chatted briefly about what was on my mind and what I wanted our EFT sessions to be about. I couldn’t get over how spot on and quickly Aishwarya grasped what I shared. Working with Aishwarya I felt seen and heard. After one session I’m hooked!”
— Mindy Dutka
“My sessions with Aish helped me see the contradictions in my internal narrative(s). It was energizing! This is not hyperbole. I wish I could have these sessions every day or every week!”
“Aish was masterful in personalizing the session for me, and I feel that the scripts Aish created for my EFT practice were gifts in themselves.”
— Aminah Olajide
People come to this work to:
Make clear decisions under pressure, without the second-guessing loop.
Show up in the room and on the stage, grounded instead of braced.
Move on the things you already know matter, without fighting yourself.
Pursue ambitious goals without stress becoming the operating system.
These are the goals we work toward together, not promises or guaranteed outcomes.
Fair question. Here is what I’ve done, and why I do this work.
I have worked with hundreds of VCs, investors, high achievers and thought leaders, and helped them break patterns of resistance.
I’ve built my career at inflection points, early to frontier technology and emerging trends. When I was originally coaching entrepreneurs, I realized I could teach them all the tactical tools in this world. But if there is a lack of belief, if they are standing in their own way every step of that process, we will be facing an uphill battle. That realization is why this work exists.
Years of training across deep modalities: EFT tapping, yoga and meditation, and Reiki, studied and practiced in Bali, Costa Rica, India and London. That intersection is deeply important to me: I understand, tactically, what it takes to build, and I’ve put years and real resources into understanding the self.
Founder of theAish. Coach and advisor to founders, executives and high-achieving leaders.
After nearly a decade building and investing in tech startups, and burning myself out along the way, I spent the last few years learning meditation and mindfulness techniques, energy work and EFT tapping. I’m still actively operational in the startup world, and my work is helping you build and scale your business in a way that works with you, not against you.
For founders who want tactical support alongside the inner work, or instead of it: product-market fit, positioning, and advisory, drawing on a decade of building and investing at the edge of new markets.
It starts with a short intake, so we can both see whether there’s a fit, then a one-on-one call. No packages, no pressure.
Start with a fit callYou don’t need to believe anything in particular, and you don’t need to pick the right modality. Bring the pattern. We’ll work on it directly.
